Reservation Deposit:

• Brudenell Chalets requires a 25% deposit payable at the time the reservation is made; the remanding 75% balance is to be paid in full upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable less $30.00 for administration fees up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, however, anytime inside the 30-day period you deposit is non refundable. 
• If you decide to leave early, the day rate is non-refundable.
• This deposit must be paid by Credit Card.

  Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel a reservation, please allow 30-day notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Less than this period of time will result in a charge of 25% of the total reservation on your credit card.
• Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Please note: No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
